About the program

Almost anyone can be innovative, but to truly make an impact you need the right partners, tools and methods. The Next Gen Foodtech Leaders accelerator program is divided in three parts – all designed to maximize your growth. Apply to be part of only one, or go for all three. That’s up to you.

Part 1: The Epicenter Accelerator Prep-Program, 17 Jan - 21 Feb.

This program is specially designed for Stockholm based, fast growing, foodtech scaleups ready to expand internationally.

The program is delivered to you by world-class scaleup entrepreneurs who’ve scaled tech companies themselves. During six weeks you dive deep into solving the real challenges of your business’ future, defining your core international audience, package your value proposition and learn how to manage an international client base.

At the end of the program, we take our learnings with us to Dubai to make the most out of Expo 2020.

** You have to be a Stockholm based company. Your company has a minimum of 10 MSEK in turnover.

Part 2: Present your product at the Expo in Dubai, 17 - 23 February.

Sweden Foodtech is curating a food week at the Expo and invites Nordic companies to showcase their products. Take part in Expo as one of the exhibitors, and participate in a series of talks, among next gen foodtech leaders. The talks will focus on the innovative products and technologies that support the shift to sustainable food production and consumption.

This is an opportunity to place your brand front and center on the main screen in the Swedish Pavilion during the Expo 2020 Food week (17 - 23 February). Got questions? Reach out to Alex Kovbasko: alex@swedenfoodtech.com. The last day to apply is 15 December 2021.

Part 3: Matchmaking by Business Sweden, 17 - 23 February.

Last, but not least, the program offers matchmaking support coached by Business Sweden. This part prepares and helps you to identify conversation partners and plan for meetings at Expo 2020.
